If you ask me what makes me feel alive? I feel alive when I sing this song called First of Summer by Urbandub………this local band just knocks on my head man!!!!!

“Awit na nananawagan, baka sakaling napakikinggan, pag-ibig na pala-isipan, sa kanta na lang idadaan…..nag-aabang sa langit…….sa mga ulap sumisilip……sa likod ng mga tala…..Kahit sulyap ng darna”

Honestly…….I don’t listen to Filipino band……..Why? I just don’t know why…….Well honestly they are good, talented, and rockin’…..I listen to western rock band like Van Halen, Dream Theater, Audioslaves, and Joe Satriani. Among the lists, Joe Satriani is the best!!!!!!! But I got to admit……….recently…….i have been kinda listening to this song called Narda by Kamikazee……and it’s like…..God….I cant stop listening to this……I could listen to this song for like 10 times!!!! If you notice, this song is simple, only plays 4 chords, no guitar leads…….just simple but it makes me peaceful deep inside…….pushes me to sing along whenever this song is played on the radio….consciously……  

What’s the point im writing this? Song is a great tool to express our emotion…….when you’re in love….you’d sing a love song…..when you’re in anger….you’d sing metallica song…..(usually people just play the song and turn it up), when you’re happy…..you’d sing a happy song………….the point is….don’t be ashamed to sing a song………sing it out loud. Nobody cares if you have terrible voice. Some people perhaps just sing the song they like by whistling……well that’s ok! So……..start to find your favorite song and sing it whenever and wherever.
